COVENANT VIOLATIONS ARE ENFORCED…
The Board would like to remind homeowners that no signage except for one “for sale” sign is permitted on any lot. E.g. business advertising, garage sales, school activities, real estate open/directional signs, political signs etc.
We have seen growing numbers of signs advertising roofing, remodeling, directionals, cleaning services, political signs, etc. that detract from the neighborhood. Unauthorized signs will be removed and returned to the advertiser or put on the homeowners porch.
Please don’t put the burden of removal on your volunteer board members. Your cooperation is greatly appreciate. Any questions or concerns may be directed to the Board at: email@example.com
