Now that the weather has cooled down, Mulhalls has begun to work on the all the entrances. They have completed cleaning up the Fort Street entrances, by cutting down, cleaning out and re-edging the beds. They will do that at each entrance.
After clean up is complete they will begin removing and replanting with the new plants to freshen and spruce up our entrances.
The lighting has been updated and all entrances should be working. There may be some outages of lights during the process. The changing and replanting may require the lights to be adjusted or changed as we move along with the transformation of the beds.
This holiday season we also are planning to update and “illuminate” our entrances to make our holiday season even better.

Landscape Project 6/27/2019
The HOA Board is in the process of working with Mulhalls to update the entrance landscape beds. We have also engaged Night Scapes Lighting to update the lights at the entrances. Work has already begun and you will the progress over the next few weeks. We will be working on one entrance at a time.
The entrance at 144th and Larimore has been without power. The Board is currently working with OPPD and Victory Electric to get power back to the entrance. We have lost power from the meter to the island which is going to require trenching to lay a new line. You should see work beginning with the next month to correct the problem.
